A CatchAll email is a feature used by web hosts to redirect non-existent emails within the domain.

1. Login to your Plesk account. You will be directed to the Plesk home page screen.

2. To create a CatchAll email account in Plesk, click the Mail icon.

3. On the next page shown, click the Preferences icon.

4. The Mail Preferences page is now shown. This is where you can create your CatchAll email address. This is where you can create your CatchAll email address. If the emails being sent out to address were not set up as POP3 accounts, there are 3 choices to handle them:

     a) Bounce the email back to sender;
     b) Forward the message to a specific address;
     c) Or Reject it altogether.

To create the CatchAll email account, select the Forward to address option.

5. Enter the email address where you want the emails to be sent to.

6. Click OK.

7. The new CatchAll email has now been setup. Whenever someone sends an email to an address you haven’t setup, the email will be automatically routed to the CatchAll email address that you have just setup. Click the Home icon to return to the main page.
