Suspending a customer’s account in Plesk is applicable if a customer’s account is past due; they’re spamming or publishing content that is against your Acceptable Use Policy. Suspending an account will cause all website, FTP, Frontpage email and database functions of an account to stop working.

1. Login to Plesk.

2. To suspend an existing host account in Plesk, scroll down to view the list of existing accounts.

3. If the hosting account has a green button beside it, it means that is still active or not suspended. To suspend an account, click the status (green icon) icon next to the domain name.

4. Suspending an account is an immediate action and a confirmation message box will show to confirm the suspension of the account. Click OK.

5. Scroll down to check if the account has been successfully suspended. An account has been successfully suspended if a red X icon is shown beside the domain name.

6. To unsuspend the account, click the red X icon.

7. On the message box that shows click OK to unsuspend the account.

8. Scroll down to check if you have successfully unsuspend or re-activated the account.
